Thursday Thirteen (I'm week # 14 now)
I was a proud owner of a 2004 Nissan Quest SE and I had her for two years.I decided it was time for me to trade in my old one because of the overwhelming mileage I have before it loses value and before i run into problems.It was in pretty good perfect shape cause I always had it taken cared of by Nissan for all of its maintenance schedule.Even just for a simple oil change,I go to Nissan.It was never serviced by any other except Nissan.And having been a loyal customer,they gave me a good trade in value for my old one PLUS a good discount of $5,000 on the price of the new vehicle.(Actually,they were the ones who made an offer & asked if I was considering a trade-in after they did an oil change for my old van)And for a new vehicle - what else can satisfy my lifestyle but a spacious and versatile Quest!So here are 13 things I love about my new road companion - there's more to love about this one but these are the first 13 I love the most!

If you are not a nurse,and you're reading this.. it's just to help you understand our mind set and questionable mental status/sanity. Most of the time we function in spite of this sick sense of humor, fairly normally and very responsibly. You know you are a "nurse" IF... 1. You know the smell of different diarrhea to identify it. (((ugh))) 2. You can tell the pharmacist more about the medication they are dispensing than they know...***okay*** 3. You check the caller ID on your day off to see if anyone from the hospital is trying to call and ask you to work. *!!!of course!!!* 4. You've been telling stories in a restaurant and made someone at another table throw up. 5. You notice that you are using more 4 letter words than you did before you started nursing. ^-^!#$?%*! ^-^ 6. Every time someone asks you for a pen you can find at least 4 of them on you. ++no way++ 7. You live by the motto "to be right is only half the battle, to convince the doctor is more difficult." =^^= i agree =^^= 8. You've told a confused patient that your name was that of your coworker and to holler if they need help. #nyee# 9. Your bladder can expand to the size of a Winnebago's water tank. 10. You find yourself checking out other customer's veins in grocery waiting lines ^*^this is so true^*^ 11. You avoid unhealthy looking shoppers in the mall for fear that they will drop near you and you'll have to do CPR on your day off. 12.
