p.s. this bday list is just for fun as i dont really have a serious worldy(a.k.a. materialistic) birthday wish since i believe i am blessed by God with more than what i wished for as a child.I am seriously thankful I am 31.

Green Mountain Chew Chew

After a few hours of sleep (from 930am to 1230 pm...ehem ehem..i worked last night from 7pm to 730 am *wink*),i started my day by going to the Chew Chew Festival.And it was so much fun!!!This is one of the reasons why i love Vermont because there is so much fun stuff to do here!Almost every week they have a festival of some sort.Not too long ago they had the hot air balloon ride festival which is so expensive for me so i just tried the tether ride.Anyway,didn't get there on time because flight times are only 6am and 6pm and got there at around 630 pm.Had the chance to see the balloons while they were on air though and they are posted here on my June 3 post for this blog.Plus i had fun spending some time at the fair during the festival to which I've seen a real life MERRY-GO-ROUND.It was so funny you will realize in the pictures from the slide show that those are actually real horses that they were using for the merry-go-round ride!

Also last weekend..was not interested with it at that time but they had a Father's Day Fishing Festival too for the father's day celebration and i was surprised when it came out later in the papers that the prize for the biggest catch was actually $35,000.

So much story for now as i believe that there is more to come!Will keep on sharing my adventures whenever i get the chance to just like now that i am waiting for my laundry actually and i believe it's almost done so gotta go friends!

My day of rest...from work.

Had a luxurious "Jim Dandy" ice cream from Friendly's earlier after an hour of window shopping @ my favorite place,BestBuy!i have to skip dinner then;jim dandy is a bountiful mix of 5 scoops of ice cream with two slices of banana!it's not banana split ok?because banana split has three scoops so i guess Jim Dandy is the bigger version of banana split.Anyway,before Best Buy also spent about an hour @ another favorite place of mine which is the Scrapbook Store nearby.Bought some pretty,cool pages which i will be using later on.My next agenda for the night of course is to sweat it out again for the 3rd time this week at Planet Fitness.I feel productive today ha ha ha.walang aangal jan?!?

on my road to losing weight

My 2 to 3x a week trip to the gym is slowly paying off.(keeping my fingers crossed).I am shedding off the pounds and am proud to say that i was 16 lbs heavier 8 months ago.Yes!Heard it right!I lost 16 lbs the last 8 months.Could not believe i was that heavy since i still find myself right now to be on the heavy side of the road.BUT BUT BUT..I am now a size MEDIUM.Yes madam,a size medium!oh yes...it seems like yesterday... check out the difference!

my 3rd for the week!

spent an hour at the gym(my 3rd for this week & am proud) but no bubble bath post work out this time..will spend the rest of the night @ the computer..was planning to scrap earlier but dont have much time left.Will work tomorrow night so will just rest i guess.will plan my next scrap page though..

"FireFlies"

I love Faith Hill's songs.My fondness for her songs started not too long ago when i developed this liking for country songs.And i would like to share the lyrics for this song since i feel like i ought to put it here since there was that slight touch of tinkerbell on this one.Tinkerbell who is obviously my favorite character.Besides,this is a nice song.You can check it out for yourself.I can listen to this over and over again just like the way im listening to her songs:"The Way You Love Me" and "this Kiss"...

the best place after working out.

the best place to be after working out @ the gym for 1 1/2 hrs is in the tub...So soothing and relaxing to the mind and muscles especially if you're using Bath&Body Works' White Cherry Blossom Bubble Bath...i wish i could do this more often...

Seen 6/8/06 @ the Majestic10

"Robert Thorn is a senior American diplomat whose wife, Katherine, endures a difficult delivery where their newborn child has died. Thorn knows the news will devastate Katherine, who had suffered two previous miscarriages. The hospital priest presents Thorn with another child born that night, whose mother died in childbirth. The priest compels Thorn to take the infant boy as his own; Katherine will never know the truth, and their son, which they name Damien, will be raised as their flesh and blood. As the child turns five, unsettling events begin to occur: Damien¿s nanny hangs herself at the youngster¿s birthday party; a strange priest brings dire warnings to Thorn; a children¿s trip to the zoo results in a panicked frenzy; Damien becomes hysterical during a drive to church; and blurred movements in a series of photographs portend shocking deaths. Already lost track of all the movies that i watched lately which includes:XMEN,MI3, & Poseidon.All three i havent posted which doesnt mean that i didnt like them.Anyway,the Omen is one scary,hair-raising movie.Im not really a horror movie fanatic because i do get some nightmares from them but this one is worth watching.I saw the original one not when it was shown during the 70's but i bought a VCD copy years back.I bought all "the Omen" 'originals' all the way down to its last part which is Part 6 if im not mistaken.And i like the original version better i think.It scared(the original) me all the way thru my bones that i didnt wanna get out of my room to use the bathroom right after watching it at that time.

thursday 13..am not sure am doing it right.

Thirteen Things about Kaye

1. I have a daughter named Aubrey Joyce.She is 7 years old and will turn 8 on July 31.
2.I am a nurse.A travel nurse.It means that I am a nurse who is not permanently staffed in one hospital but i take travel job assignments from states that i would love to see and visit.A typical asignment is 13 weeks for me then i get the option to extend for another 13 weeks or join the facility or keep going and get on to another state.Possibilities are endless.
3.I love scrapbookng.A hobby that i just started March of this year.I actually have a separate blog for all of my scrap works.And the link can be found on my sidebar.
4.I love to dance.I was a Dance Troupe Member when i was in high school.And all the way up to my college days was when i became a cheerleader and then later on became the leader of my batch's dance group that eventually gave us the championship award for 3 consecutive years of my colege days particularly during my 2nd,3rd and 4th year of college.
5.I love pink and any shades of pink or anything that can go well with pink
6.I love Tinkerbell.The reason why I named my Blog as such
7.I love bags.i just cant help but to buy everytime in the bags section.
8.I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week to lose weight.Coz i gained a lot of kilos.
9.I got so fond of dreamcatchers lately.
10.Do i have to say that i love to travel.
11.I am one cool PINAY...means I am a Filipina.My country of origin is the Philippines.
12.My favorite place on earth:DISNEY.My favorite place @ home:bedroom
